What you can expect

My approach to Pilates combines technical integrity with warmth, delivering classes that are thoughtful, progressive and grounded in quality of movement.

Whether a 1:1 session or a group class, I design my sessions not simply as a workout but as an opportunity to understand how your body moves. By focusing on movement precision and clear, individualised guidance, I help you build strength, mobility and postural awareness in a safe, sustainable way. In more detail:

  • Movement for Everyday Life:  We focus on developing more effective movement patterns that support your daily life, as well as your other sports, fitness or wellbeing activities and goals.

  • Tailored Progressions: Whether you are new to Pilates, rebuilding confidence after an injury or looking for a high-level challenge to complement an ambitious training program, you will find options tailored to your experience level.

  • Expert Coaching with Real Purpose: Drawing on my background in ballet teaching, as a professional ballet dancer, movement education and coaching, I place a strong emphasis on clear demonstration and constructive feedback. I don't just show you what to do -I help you understand the whyand how.

A Supportive, Enjoyable Environment

I believe exercise and movement should be both encouraging and fun. My classes offer a welcoming space where you can feel comfortable, appropriately challenged and free to enjoy the journey toward moving well, building strength and developing your physical potential.
